May 18 Lunch and Learn Training: Guiding Employees in Effective Time Management Strategies

We have all heard the saying “time flies when you are having fun” however, along this same line, time seems to drag when you are at the DMV or doing taxes.  We technically have two types of time: clock time and real time. Clock time is unchangeable but real time is relative depending on what you are doing and in essence is a state of mind.  Time is spent in thoughts, conversations or actions. We will discuss how one can manage the time they spend on thoughts, conversations and actions that will help guide them to achieve Effective Time Management.

Join us for our next leadership series training event presented by Tania White, Regional Director of Human Resources for Brookdale Senior Living. The event will be hosted by Uptown Art in Sussex and lunch will be provided.
