Chuck Schuele
President
Chuck is MVP‘s “Front Man” and the PC (the all business guy). He speaks to businesses on the topic of Social Media and provides additional expertise to MVP in the areas of marketing, company operations, Project Management, SEO, and LinkedIn. Prior to his retirement from IT, Chuck held the position of Chief Information Officer for a large Wisconsin based Health Insurance Company. His career in IT spans 33 years and includes extensive experience in many areas of Information Technology. Chuck taught the Blogging, General Social Media Strategy Overview and LinkedIn portions of the Social Media for Business classes at Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) from 2008 to 2010.

Kathryn Wagner
Executive Director
Kathryn is the Executive Director of the Sussex Area Chamber and is responsible for all aspects of running the chamber of commerce.
Kathryn has over 25 years in management, advertising, marketing and service experience. She has been a respected leader of creative teams in multimedia advertising agencies as well as bringing her service aspect to the client side as an Anso Nylon advertising service rep.
Kathryn has lived in Sussex for over 21 years.
Jeffrey Eineichner
President - Elect
Jeffrey Eineichner is Vice President and CFO of Power Test, Inc, a specialized manufacturer of engine, transmission, powertrain and hydraulic test systems. Power Test is located in Sussex, WI.
Power Test manufactures testing systems to support the mining, marine propulsion, construction, standby power generation and military markets. Power Test has installed systems in nearly 100 countries on 6 continents.
With previous experience as a Certified Financial Planner, Jeffrey joined Power Test as Purchasing Manager in 1995. Over the course of his career, he served the role of Production Manager and has since moved to his position as CFO. Jeffrey assumed the duties of Vice President in 2003.
During his tenure, Power Test has acquired, absorbed and renewed two synergistic businesses and greatly expanded its product line through product engineering. This has resulted in double digit sales growth for more than 10 years. The mantra “great isn’t good enough” is well ingrained in this business.
Jeffrey is an active leader in the strong culture of taking care of the people that take care of the business. Power Test employees are inspired to take care of themselves, their customers and the community. The award winning Power Test wellness program has caused a significant improvement in employee physical fitness and has built staff camaraderie. The significant attention given to the corporate wellness program, benevolent charitable gifts, service projects, corporate support of technical education in the local school districts and support of the manufacturing industry have moved from items of interest to a true competitive advantage in Power Test’s unique engineered to order market.
In January, 2013, Jeffrey was elected the President-elect of the Sussex Area Chamber of Commerce. He will assume his role as President in 2014.

Denise Barsch
I am happily employed by Quad/Graphics Inc. as a Credit Analyst and have been in accounting/credit for the past 21 years, all the while having the pleasure to be expose to a variety of opportunities along the way; from being part of a Quality Team, a Wellness Team, serving on three different Board of Director positions and currently working with the Chamber and am the Chair Person for Quad/Graphics 2012-2013 Picnic, as well as a variety of other volunteering opportunities.
Going back to school in 2007, after raising my son, I graduated in December 2008 with Honors, received the Supervisory Management Program Award and was nominated for Student Achievement Award for our graduating class of 2008.
I have been a resident of Sussex with my family for the past 15 years. I have a 19 year old son. I enjoy being active and have competed in triathlons and local runs. I have a 13 year old Airedale Terrier that we rescued 10 years ago.
While I am currently enjoying the employment ride, I am also looking forward to retirement to focus my energies on volunteering in Oncology, the Women’s Shelter, the Airedale Rescue as well as my church.
Denise Dorn Lindberg
Denise Dorn Lindberg, APR, has been the public information and volunteer program coordinator for the Hamilton School District in Sussex since 1992, and served as the public information officer for the Waukesha School District before then. She began her career as a reporter and photojournalist, working at several newspapers in Madison, Wisc., and Hutchinson, Minn. She also served in the Office of Wisconsin Governor Lee Sherman Dreyfus as a media relations intern. She is a member of the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) and Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and has been recognized for providing leadership and service to these professional organizations. She contributed to Hamilton earning the national “Leadership Through Communication Award” that recognizes a school district for providing leadership which makes communication a critical component of strategic planning and student achievement. She is a member of various civic organizations including the Sussex Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, RSVP of Waukesha County Community Board, United Way of Waukesha County Marketing Committee, Spring Fest Planning Committee and Valuing Diversity Task Force. She has written on a free lance basis for a major business newspaper in Milwaukee. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her accreditation in public relations from PRSA.

I helped move the Sussex-Lisbon Business and Professional Association into a Chamber and have been involved for over 13 years. I have been on several committees doing a variety of tasks. I have been a massage therapist for over 13 years and am a mentor thru the American Massage Therapy Association. My husband, Dr. Daniel Loftus has been in the Sussex community for over 23 years. He was the first Chiropractor in town.
We currently live in Germantown. We have been married for 27 years. We have no children.

Susi Schuele
Owner-Web/Graphic Designer
As My Virtual Project’s Graphic and Web Designer, Susi focuses on WordPress site development, Facebook Page design and development, logo design, Twitter backgrounds, YouTube backgrounds and customized graphic work for any web or print publication. Other areas of expertise include HTML and CSS experience and basic website maintenance. Susi has also provided instruction and presentations on the setup and use of Twitter and Facebook for groups and small businesses. From 2008 to 2010, she taught the Facebook and Twitter portions of the Social Media for Business classes at Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC). In addition to her creative abilities, Susi’s background includes 20+ years in technology consulting and management and course studies in network administration, social media, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. She serves as the Communications Committee Chair for the Chamber and also serves as Communications Director for Executive Women International – Milwaukee Chapter (EWI).
